SECURE TRUCK

Stopping the Risk.

The Emergncy Brakes for HDT

The Ultimate Mechanical Fail-Safe for Heavy-Duty Vehicles.

When primary braking systems fail, neither the driver nor the surrounding environment should be at risk. Secure Truck is a patent-pending, fully independent emergency braking system that guarantees a safe stop when everything else collapses.

The Core Problem

The Unseen Hazard: 29.4% of Crashes

Stopping a 40-ton load currently depends on a single point of failure. According to the Large Truck Crash Causation Study (LTCCS), brake failure is the leading mechanical factor, contributing to a staggering 29.4% of accidents. Furthermore, brake defects account for roughly 25% of commercial vehicles placed Out-of-Service during inspections.

When a heavy-duty truck, especially one carrying hazardous materials, loses its primary pneumatic system or mechamical systems, it becomes an unstoppable hazard.

The Solution & POC

True Mechanical Redundancy: Physics in Action

Secure Truck is an innovative mechanical engineering solution that operates entirely independent of the vehicle’s electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
How it works: A gravity-deployed stopping anchor drops directly onto the road surface. Utilizing specialized friction-enhancing elements and high-friction rubber, it forces the vehicle to an immediate halt. It is a simple, robust “add-on” suitable for both OEM and aftermarket installations.
See it in action: We developed a scaled-down working prototype to demonstrate the fundamental physics. Watch the controlled separation test below to see how mechanical redundancy instantly engages to prevent a collision.
